James Milner, the Premier League's second all-time appearance maker, has signed a one-year contract extension with Brighton.
Milner has made 638 English top-flight appearances since his debut in 2001 and joined the Seagulls in 2023 following successful periods with Man City and Liverpool.

The 39-year-old has won three Premier League titles and the Champions League among many other honours, and played 24 times for Brighton in the previous two seasons.
Milner made just four league appearances in the 2024/25 Premier League campaign after sustaining a long-term injury against Arsenal in August.
