Juventus face Dutch side PSV Eindhoven in a two-legged play-off tie for a spot in the Round of 16 of this year's UEFA Champions League
Ahead of Tuesday's first leg at the Allianz Stadium, here's all you need to know about the encounter:
SECOND MEETING | This is only the second time Juventus and PSV face each other in a major European competition: the only previous encounter was in the UCL League Phase this past September, when the Bianconeri won 3-1 at home.
STRONG RECORD | Juventus have lost just three of their 15 matches against Dutch opponents in the Champions League/Champions' Cup (7W, 5D), winning seven of their last 11 (2D, 2L).
ITALIAN STRUGGLES | PSV have not won any of their last five Champions League matches against Italian opponents (1D, 4L), their longest winless streak against teams from a single country.
RARE PROGRESSION | PSV have reached the Champions League and European Cup knockout stages in two consecutive seasons for the first time since a run of three between 2004/05, 2005/06 and 2006/07.
FORWARD PLAY | Federico Gatti made 105 forward plays with the ball in this edition of the Champions League, and was one of only two defenders to have made at least 100 during the League Phase of the tournament, behind only Manchester City's Manuel Akanji (123).
