PSG interested in France’s Ibrahima Konaté | OneFootball

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly very interested in Ibrahima Konaté (27), according to RMC Sport.

Now a free agent following the announcement of his departure from Liverpool, the French centre-back is also said to be on the radar of Chelsea and Real Madrid. Whilst no decision is expected before the end of the World Cup, the situation could move quickly once the tournament is over.

At 27, and after five seasons with the Reds, with whom he has won almost everything, Konaté now seems ready to take his career to the next level. And although his performances have come under scrutiny at times in recent months, the France international (27 caps) remains a significant transfer target.

Having made 51 appearances (48 starts) in all competitions this season, Konaté has played 183 matches and won the Premier League title, the FA Cup, the Carabao Cup – twice – and the FA Community Shield with Liverpool.
