PSG forward is set to be at the centre of a transfer tug-of-war
Paris Saint-Germain are open to selling Bradley Barcola this summer, thus placing Arsenal and Liverpool on alert.
This is according to reports in France as L'Equipe claim Barcola is not certain to be a PSG player next season, despite having two years left on his contract.
The report adds that talks over an extension, which began several months ago, have since stalled and for that reason, PSG are not opposed to cashing in on the Frenchman after this summer’s World Cup.
However, a potential deal for Barcola will be an expensive one to complete ahead of the new season.
Although the 23-year-old is valued at €70million (£60million) on transfermarkt, Le10 Sport reported earlier in the week that the French champions have set an asking price of €130m (£112m).
For PSG to have any chance of selling Barcola this summer, those demands will almost certainly need to be lowered as the aforementioned report stated that while both Arsenal and Liverpool are keen admirers of winger, neither club is currently willing to meet the asking price.
Capable of operating on both flanks and as a striker, Barcola scored 13 goals in 49 appearances for PSG this season, weighing in with seven assists in all competitions.
He is currently with the France squad in North America for the World Cup and talk surrounding his future is likely to continue throughout the tournament and beyond.

Barcola featured against Arsenal and Liverpool in the Champions League this season, coming off the bench in the final as PSG beat the Gunners on penalties and returning from injury at Anfield to help seal a quarter-final second leg win.
Reports that PSG would be open to a sale will be music to the ears of Mikel Arteta and Andoni Iraola as both managers are expected to bolster their attacking options this summer.
The Gunners are in talks to sign Leicester youngster Jeremy Monga as well as exploring a deal for Club Brugge forward Christos Tzolis, while holding an interest in Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers.
Liverpool are on the market to replace Mohamed Salah and have reportedly made an approach for RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande, who is also attracting interest from PSG.
