Gianluigi Donnarumma remains under contract with PSG until 2026, but talks over an extension have stalled, and there’s no sign of progress. The situation comes as PSG are reportedly closing in on LOSC Lille goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier.
Manchester United are assessing their goalkeeping options, and Donnarumma is said to be among the names under consideration.
According to RMC Sport’s Fabrice Hawkins, while Donnarumma is still at PSG, his representatives are exploring potential opportunities elsewhere. Manchester United, Manchester City, Galatasaray, and several Saudi Arabian clubs have all shown interest.
For now, Donnarumma is not actively seeking a move and is expected to stay unless a strong offer arrives. If he remains, he is set to compete with Chevalier for the starting role, with Luis Enrique making the final call on who wears the No. 1 shirt.

Journalist Ben Jacobs reports that PSG want £26 million for Donnarumma, with one year left on his contract, after deciding not to offer him a new deal.
Stretty News recently reported that Manchester United are getting ready to submit a £26 million bid for the Euro 2020 standout. With less than a year left on his contract, that fee could be enough to seal the deal.
The report also notes that Donnarumma is eager to start a new chapter in the Premier League, which is why he has already turned down big-money offers from Turkish champions Galatasaray and Saudi side Al-Ittihad, who were willing to pay him €20 million a year.
