One major injury worry weighing heavily on Luis Enrique ahead of European showpiece
Luis Enrique is sweating over the fitness of Achraf Hakimi ahead of the Champions League final.
Hakimi was the first of four scorers as PSG put five past Inter Milan in last year’s final, but could stand to miss this season’s showpiece with a thigh problem.
He has not appeared for the Parisians since the semi-final first leg against Bayern Munich, but, in a boost for Enrique, he has since returned to training.

It remains to be seen whether he will be fit to start, though, with reports in France suggesting that is unlikely. He has, however, been named in Morocco’s World Cup squad, suggesting a return to play is not terribly far away.
Warren Zaire-Emery has deputised at right-back in Hakimi’s absence and has impressed in doing so.
His move into the back line frees up a space in midfield, which has been occupied by Fabian Ruiz, partnering Vitinha and Joao Neves.
Further up the pitch, Enrique has settled on something of a winning formula from which he is not likely to deviate.
One to watch: Khvicha Kvaratskhelia
There were also concerns surrounding Ousmane Dembele’s condition, but he seems to have shaken off any injury and should be fit to start. Desire Doue will start on the right wingwith Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, the highest goalscorer still in the tournament by a three-goal margin, on the opposite flank.
The Georgian has ripped apart every defence he has come up against this season, notably those of Bayern Munich and Chelsea, and Arsenal will have their work cut out for them to keep him quiet.
Zaire-Emery will be joined in defence by Marquinhos and Willian Pacho, with Nuno Mendes completing a stalwart defensive unit.
Lucas Chevalier, the goalkeeper whose signing led to the sale of Gianluigi Donnarumma, is set to miss the final through injury, but that is no great issue given he has been playing second fiddle to Matvei Safonov for most of this campaign.
Paris Saint-Germain predicted XI (4-3-3): Safonov; Mendes, Marquinhos, Pacho; Zaire-Emery; Ruiz, Vitinha, Joao Neves; Kvaratskhelia, Dembele, Doue
Doubts: Hakimi
Injured: Chevalier, Ndjantou
