Wolverhampton Wanderers have locked in Matheus Cunha on a long-term deal, despite plenty of interest from other clubs during the winter transfer window.
Even with that commitment, speculation about his future hasn’t quieted. Cunha has grown into a key figure for Wolves, impressing in several attacking roles and consistently delivering on the pitch.
According to Fichajes, the Brazilian has looked sharp whether he’s operating as an attacking midfielder, second striker, or center-forward—versatility that’s reportedly caught the attention of big-name clubs like Arsenal, Chelsea, and Paris Saint-Germain.
Wolves clearly value him, but reports suggest they might consider offers over €70 million. Back in January, Sky Sports News reported that Nottingham Forest submitted a club-record bid of around £60 million.

Football Insider reports that Cunha would prefer a move to Liverpool this summer, but Arsenal and Manchester United are also monitoring him.
With speculation mounting about his potential move, Cunha recently spoke out about his future, hinting that a summer departure could be likely.
“I had a lot of offers but I wouldn’t feel well if I had done it,” Cunha told The Guardian. “Some things you can’t control but I couldn’t leave the club in the middle of the season, in a difficult situation, in the relegation zone.
“Now, we’re close to achieving our goal [of staying up]. But I’ve made it clear that I need to take the next step. I want to fight for titles, for big things. I have potential.”
