QPR are keen on a deal to sign the Mozambique international
QPR are gearing up for another season of Championship football after coming 15th in the table.
Julien Stéphan took charge of the first team squad last summer, and he guided the club to a second 15th place result in a row.
A difficult end to the campaign led to the London outfit falling down the table in the final weeks, with the team earning a total of 58 points.
The Hoops will be hoping to use the summer to improve the squad, as they target a top half of the standings finish in 2027.
The play-offs have also expanded to include a further two teams, meaning the top eight will now all have a chance at promotion.
The transfer window will open on 15 June, but the club are already working on getting deals over the line before pre-season gets underway.

It has been reported by journalist Rudy Galetti that QPR are keen on a deal to sign Bruno Langa this summer.
The defender spent last season on loan with Portuguese team Estrela, where he made 11 appearances in the league.
However, the Hoops are facing competition from Spanish side Eibar in the race for his signature.
The left-back has been with Almería since 2024, and has made 35 league appearances for the Spanish club in that time.
However, he has started on 26 occasions, and was part of the team that suffered relegation from La Liga in 2024.
QPR are interested in bringing him to Loftus Road in a bid to bolster their defensive options, with Eibar also chasing his signature.
The Spanish side finished eighth in the Segunda Division this season, missing out on a play-off place by five points.
Langa has a contract with Almería until June 2028, with the team competing in the play-offs for a place in La Liga.
The club drew 1-1 with Castellon in their semi-final first leg, with the reverse fixture set to take place on Tuesday evening.
But the defender will not be involved, as he has spent the campaign on loan with Estrela, and it remains to be seen what impact promotion could have on his future.
QPR will be searching for a replacement for Rhys Norrington-Davies, who will return to Sheffield United following the expiration of his loan spell at Loftus Road.
The 27-year-old made 33 appearances in the Championship for the Hoops, contributing one assist.
Langa has spent this season in the Portuguese top flight, and he has also played in La Liga in the past, so he would bring quality experience to Stéphan’s side.
The 28-year-old still has two years remaining on his Almería contract, but the Spanish club may not command too high of a fee given he spent the campaign on loan.
His future will also likely depend on the club’s league status, with their play-off campaign still in progress, meaning any possible deal could take another number of weeks.
QPR have time until pre-season starts, but this may not be a straightforward deal to pull off given the competition they also face from Eibar.
