Bild reports that Ralf Rangnick is making a concerted effort to recruit Carney Chukwuemeka for Austria.

He has featured for England across youth levels, making 23 appearances, but has yet to play for the senior team.
With no senior cap, he could still choose any of the other three nations.
If he opts for Austria, the move would significantly increase his chances of featuring at the World Cup.
