In early August, the Nanterre public prosecutor requested that Achraf Hakimi be indicted before the departmental criminal court of Hauts-de-Seine, specifically so that he could stand trial for rape. Recently, in an interview with Clique, the Moroccan international addressed these accusations.

I even asked to speak to them to give my side of the story. They also have my DNA. I have always been completely cooperative, unlike the person who accused me, who did not make things easy for those who needed information. Thanks to the police's work, we have made good progress.
