In a recent report, Fichajes claimed that Real Madrid are keeping tabs on Club Tijuana starlet Gilberto Mora. It has been stated that Los Blancos are monitoring the progress of the Mexican whizkid.

Mora’s Impressive Rise In Mexican Football

The 16-year-old has managed to shine at times with his performances for the Tijuana-based outfit in the final third during this campaign. Mora has scored five goals and picked up one assist in 11 appearances for the Mexican club this season on all fronts.

The Mexican prospect is currently among the best young forwards in his homeland. Thus, it is no surprise that Real Madrid have set their sights on landing him next year.

However, Mora is still quite inexperienced at the highest level and would need time to prove his worth in La Liga if Los Blancos manage to get him on board in 2026.

Real Madrid Are Keeping Tabs On Mora: Is He A Prospect For The Future?

Mora can make a few dangerous runs with the ball in the final third when he is playing with confidence on the field. He can shoot the ball well from long range and has got the eye to play some decisive passes in and around the opposition penalty area.

The Mexican sensation has got the potential to be a world-class player in his position someday. However, he is still quite raw and would need time before he can play for Real Madrid’s senior team if Xabi Alonso can devise a way to bring him on board next year.

We can expect Mora to add more firepower to Los Blancos’ academy. He has what it takes to be a success story at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium in the long run. However, Alonso has to be patient with his development before he can get the best out of the youngster at the Madrid club.

At 16, Mora is undoubtedly a prospect to watch out for in the future. He would be a great addition to Alonso’s squad in the long run. Therefore, Real Madrid would be wise to go all out to get a deal over the line for him this January or at the end of this campaign.
