According to transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano, Real Madrid forward Endrick is expected to leave the club on loan in January, with talks already underway.

It is known that the young forward is keen to get more playing time, especially with the 2026 World Cup approaching, and for that matter, Real Madrid are open to a temporary move.

This season has been particularly challenging for Endrick. He has yet to make his debut under Xabi Alonso and was even left out of the squad against Getafe.

The exclusion did not sit well with the teenage forward. As previously reported, he kicked a water bottle in frustration after learning he would not be coming on as a substitute against Getafe.

Loan move could reignite his career

The situation for Endrick is becoming increasingly complicated. The youngster has now gone more than five months without appearing in an official match for Real Madrid.

In fact, he is currently the only outfield player in the senior squad to have not featured under Alonso this season, despite being available for the last six games after recovering from his injury.

For a young player of Endrick’s potential, limited minutes could significantly affect his chances of earning a spot with the Brazilian national team at the 2026 World Cup.

A loan move in January could, thus, provide the opportunity he needs to gain experience, prove his talent, and regain momentum in his career.

Real Madrid, meanwhile, appear willing to support this path, recognising that regular playing time is crucial for the teenager’s development and long-term future at the club.

With Endrick at a crossroads, January could be a decisive month.

A successful loan spell would not only benefit him personally but also ensure that Real Madrid have a more seasoned and confident striker ready to contribute when he returns.
