Real Madrid have identified ‘the best replacement’ for injured Jude Bellingham | OneFootball

The coaching staff at La Liga giants Real Madrid are ready to afford a more prominent role to a member of the club’s attacking ranks over the early months of the new campaign.

That’s according to SER, who point towards Brahim Díaz as the player in question.

A spot is of course set to open up in new Blancos boss Xabi Alonso’s XI over the months ahead.

As much comes with Jude Bellingham set for an extended spell on the sidelines, after undergoing shoulder surgery earlier this month.

Alonso and his staff, in turn, are seeking out a player capable of acting as something of a link between midfield and attack.

And as alluded to above, amid this search, one Real Madrid star has seen his name pushed to the fore.

As per a report from SER:

‘In the club’s eyes, based on the numbers, Brahim is the best replacement for Jude Bellingham in the squad. For this reason, he is not on the market.’
