Will the Brazilian leave Real Madrid this summer?
Real Madrid have not received any official offer for Rodrygo yet, despite the great interest.
The case of Brazilian star Rodrygo is not yet closed with Real Madrid. Despite the interest of several major English clubs in the world, including English clubs such as Manchester City and Liverpool, official reports indicate that Real Madrid has not received any official offers to release the talented Brazilian player yet.
It seems that the relationship between the two parties, Real Madrid and Rodrygo, is no longer what it was before, and that he will not be relied upon in the first team as he was in the past, so it is expected that the player will look for another option to represent him next season, away from the White Castle.
Real Madrid set a non-negotiable €100 million release clause for the player. Sources close to the player say the player has received significant interest from numerous clubs around the world, including 11 top-flight Premier League clubs, as well as PSG.
Despite the great interest from these clubs, none of these clubs have officially and truly approached the 24-year-old player.
The Brazilian winger finds himself in limbo as potential suitors Arsenal and Liverpool appear to be pursuing alternative attacking options. While the Gunners showed strong initial interest, they've since shifted focus to securing Madueke and Gyokeres, reportedly deterred by Rodrygo's substantial salary requirements.
Across Merseyside, Liverpool's transfer strategy has taken a different direction despite previous links to the Real Madrid forward. The Reds' acquisition of Ekitike and their persistent pursuit of Isak suggest their attacking reinforcements may already be taking shape, leaving Rodrygo's potential Anfield move in doubt.
With the transfer window remaining open for several more weeks, the situation remains fluid. However, as preseason preparations intensify, the 23-year-old may need to focus on impressing Carlo Ancelotti at Valdebebas rather than anticipating an imminent departure from the Spanish capital.
