In a stunning twist to Real Madrid’s ongoing internal tensions, journalist Romain Molina has revealed that Vinicius Jr.’s representatives have reopened talks with Saudi Arabia regarding a potential transfer.
According to the reporter, Roc Nation, the agency managing Vinicius, has resumed contact with several Saudi clubs as they assess the player’s long-term future in Europe.
Interestingly, despite constant speculation linking the Brazilian to Paris Saint-Germain, Molina claims that the French club have no interest in pursuing the forward at this stage.
Instead, the 25-year-old’s next big opportunity could come from the Middle East, where teams remain eager to make a marquee signing capable of generating global attention.
The timing of this revelation is particularly significant, coming just days after reports of growing tension between Vinicius Jr. and Real Madrid boss Xabi Alonso.
The pair’s relationship has reportedly cooled since last weekend’s El Clasico, a game that saw emotions run high both on and off the pitch.
Although Real Madrid have made every effort to downplay rumours of internal friction, the matter continues to attract intense media scrutiny.

It has been suggested that Vinicius is increasingly unhappy with Alonso’s management, and if his situation does not improve, he may consider ending his time at the club in the summer of 2026.
His current contract runs until 2027, and while renewal talks have not completely stalled, progress has slowed considerably.
Amid this uncertainty, Roc Nation have reportedly opened a dialogue with Saudi representatives, who appear ready to go to extraordinary lengths to bring the Real Madrid superstar to their league.
Their ambition, as always, is to lure global icons and make a statement in the transfer market and Vinicius fits that profile perfectly.
For now, however, Real Madrid remain calm. The club still view Vinicius as a cornerstone of their project, but these developments have undoubtedly put Florentino Perez and Alonso on alert.
What happens over the next few months could determine not just Vinicius’ future but the direction of Madrid’s entire attacking project.
