The summer transfer window has closed, and despite ongoing speculation, Real Madrid star Rodrygo will stay put. The Brazilian forward had been linked with a move to PSG, but no deal materialized, and he is expected to remain in Madrid for now.
Reports on PSG’s interest in Rodrygo have been contradictory. Foot Mercato’s Josué Cassé suggested the forward is not currently on PSG’s radar, while Sky Sports Germany’s Florian Plettenberg indicated both PSG and Liverpool have been monitoring him. Plettenberg also noted that Tottenham Hotspur are not pursuing the player.
PSG could still emerge as a potential suitor, but whether Rodrygo leaves Real Madrid may depend on how his situation develops in the coming months.

Fichajes reports that Pep Guardiola has long admired the Brazilian, viewing him as a perfect fit on the left wing for his style. Now, Guardiola sees him as essential to Manchester City’s push for Premier League and UEFA Champions League success.
Real Madrid, meanwhile, remains firm on its summer stance: the player can only leave if he requests a transfer and an offer of around €80 million comes in. Manchester City is reportedly willing to meet that figure, especially with Tottenham still showing interest in Savinho.
For now, the situation is far from settled, and the Rodrygo saga continues.
