In fact, according to AS, clubs across Europe are anxiously waiting to discover the identity of the player who could be the subject of a €150 million bid from Real Madrid. 

Furthermore, the uncertainty has created a wave of speculation, with some of the continent’s biggest teams monitoring the situation closely.

Perez’s promise has put Europe on edge

The anticipation comes from comments made by Perez during the presidential election campaign, comments that have become one of the biggest talking points in the football world.

Speaking about the club’s transfer plans, Perez declared, “Next Tuesday I will make a bid of 150 million euros for a player who is not from the Premier League and is not Olise. 

“It will be the biggest bid in Madrid’s history.”

Those remarks immediately triggered a frenzy of speculation, as several elite names have since been linked to the mystery offer. 

Midfield stars such as Vitinha and Joao Neves have been mentioned, while Atletico Madrid forward Julian Alvarez has also emerged in discussions despite the obvious difficulties involved in any potential deal.
