Report – Cagliari Deal For Inter Milan Striker At Risk Of Breaking Down | OneFootball

The deal for Cagliari to sign Inter Milan striker Sebastiano Esposito is at risk of breaking down over a disagreement on fee.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInterNews. They report that the Rossoblu are trying to insert add-ons based on Serie A survival into the deal.

Cagliari have been pushing to sign Inter striker Sebastiano Esposito in the last few days.

And the Sardinian side look to have gotten very close to a deal in talks.

However, the transfer is not over the finish line. And according to Sky Sport Italia, Cagliari have asked to change the deal, and Inter could balk at their demands.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Inter and Cagliari had agreed on a fee of €4 million for Esposito.

In addition to this, there would be a sell-on fee of 50% for the Nerazzurri.

However, Sky report, Cagliari have asked to change the fee. They want to pay an initial fee of €3 million, plus add-ons.

The Rossoblu are offering an additional €300,000 for each season that they stay in Serie A.

However, this late change in terms has put the deal at risk, reports Sky.
