Turkish side Besiktas are planning to send a delegation to London in the next few days to discuss a deal for Raheem Sterling according to reports.
Sterling is one of a number of players Chelsea are looking to move on before the end of the window, but as of yet no official offers have come in.
The 30-year-old’s career has been on a steady decline since he joined from Manchester City in 2022 in deal worth around £50m.
Sterling has had a difficult time at Stamford Bridge, and was booed by supporters during Mauricio Pochettino’s season in charge.
It became evident he wasn’t going to be part of the plans under Enzo Maresca, and he sealed a deadline day loan move to Arsenal last summer.

Sterling didn’t fare much better in north London and managed just one goal in 28 appearances in all competitions, and has now returned to Chelsea.
Sterling is believed to have interest from three Premier League clubs, with his preference said to be to remain in London.
Chelsea are hoping to get £20m for the winger, and Caught Offside have reported Turkish side Besiktas are planning to send a delegation to London to discuss a deal for Sterling.
The reports adds Napoli are also interested, but want a loan, whilst Besiktas’ interest is currently the most advanced.
Whilst Chelsea are still working on moving Sterling on, they have agreed a double with Borussia Dortmund for Carney Chukwuemeka and Aaron Anselmino.

Anselmino will join on loan with no buy option, and Dortmund will also cover his salary, whilst the deal for Chukwuemeka is permanent.
The fee for the 21-year-old is thought to be around €25m, with a sell on clause included in the deal, and the pair are set to undergo their medicals on Monday.
