Inter Milan could sign Parma striker Ange-Yoan Bonny in time for the knockout stages of the Club World Cup.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews.
Inter Milan are now rapidly approaching the closing stage of negotiations with Parma for striker Ange-Yoan Bonny.
The Nerazzurri’s interest in the 21-year-old is certainly no secret.
They had already been targeting him before appointing Cristian Chivu as coach – and the Romanian has further pushed them towards a deal.
Inter see Bonny as an ideal player to follow in the footsteps of Marcus Thuram.

By now, Inter’s move for Ange-Yoan Bonny is right at the finish line.
The Gazzetta report that the Frenchman is for all intents an purposes a Nerazzurri player. The interest of clubs like Napoli and Roma has fallen by the wayside,
The only thing left is for Inter to negotiate add-ons with Parma. The Nerazzurri have put €25 million on the table, including add-ons. Parma want €25 million plus add-ons.
And as the negotiations enter their closing stages, Inter will have a decision to make.
As the Gazzetta note, Inter could sign Bonny for the Club World Cup knockout rounds in July. That could certainly be useful considering the ongoing injury crisis in attack.
