Report – Inter Milan Must Make ‘Important’ Offer To Convince PSV Eindhoven To Greenlight Croatia Winger’s Sale | OneFootball

Inter Milan reportedly cannot expect to sign PSV Eindhoven winger Ivan Perisic without an ‘important’ offer in January. 

According to Dutch outlet Eindhovens Dagblad via FCInterNews, ‘a few millions’ won’t be enough to convince the Peasants to approve the transfer.

Despite Inter’s hopes of signing the 36-year-old in a cut-price deal, Inter will likely have to submit a much higher bid to secure PSV’s approval.

Indeed, Peter Bosz keeps the Croatian veteran in high esteem and has no intention of letting him leave in January.

Ivan Perisic has recently extended his contract at the Philips Stadion to 2027.

Furthermore, his form has been exceptional this season, with the former Hajduk Split star racking up four goals and ten assists in all competitions.

With that in mind, it’s unsurprising that PSV are reluctant to cut ties with the versatile winger.

On the other hand, Cristian Chivu could use Perisic’s experience and versatility now that he cannot call upon Denzel Dumfries.

However, Perisic’s return to San Siro could prove trickier than initially expected.
