Inter Milan have not given up on their pursuit of PSV Eindhoven veteran Ivan Perisic and could soon step up efforts to bring him back to Italy.

According to Tuttosport via FCInterNews, the Nerazzurri could go ‘all-in’ to sign the 36-year-old in the transfer window finale.

Luis Henrique has failed to meet expectations at San Siro and could soon leave the club to make room for a new winger.

In the meantime, Cristian Chivu is still waiting for starting wingback Denzel Dumfries to return from injury.

Therefore, the club must do something to strengthen this position in January.

Ivan Perisic has emerged as a concrete target for the Nerazzurri, even though he will turn 37 at the start of next month.

Though he would be an ideal short-term solution to Inter’s wingback problems, the Dutch giants are reluctant to sell the Croatian star.

However, Inter could try to change PSV’s mind in the final days of the January transfer window.
