Reports in Italy claim that Liverpool have grown frustrated with Juventus, who are attempting to sign goalkeeper Alisson Becker for the lowest possible fee ahead of the summer transfer window.
Juventus are looking to revamp their goalkeeping department ahead of the summer transfer window and have been targeting a move for Liverpool’s Alisson, who is well known to Bianconeri head coach Luciano Spalletti from their time together at Roma.
Reports earlier this week claimed that Alisson has ‘said yes’ to the idea of moving to Juventus once the 2025-26 season comes to an end.
The Brazil international remains under contract at Anfield until the summer of 2027 after Liverpool activated a 12-month extension clause in the goalkeeper’s contract. Liverpool already have a replacement waiting in the wings in the form of Giorgi Mamardashvili, who was signed by the club in the summer of 2024 and officially moved to Anfield from Valencia in the summer of 2025.

Reports in Italy indicate that Liverpool will seek a fee in the region of €15m for Alisson, who is 33 years old and will be heading into the final year of his contract over the summer.
However, according to reports from Calciomercato.com, Juventus are attempting to lower the proposed transfer fee, or potentially even get rid of it altogether, which has reportedly irritated Liverpool.
Reports on Wednesday claimed that Juventus could potentially turn to Fiorentina and former Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea, who represents a slightly cheaper option, as an alternative option to Liverpool’s Alisson.
