Rodrigo Bentancur extends his contract with Tottenham
Good news for Tottenham: Rodrigo Bentancur, 28, has extended his contract with the Spurs. The Uruguayan midfielder, who was entering the final year of his deal, has now signed a new long-term agreement with the Premier League club.

“I feel really good here and I’m happy to continue my story with this great club. My family is happy, and I have excellent friends and teammates. I love this club,” Bentancur stated. Head coach Thomas Frank welcomed the extension:
Rodrigo is a key member of the team. He’s a fantastic midfielder who can control the game, create chances, and even score goals. His decision to stay shows his belief in what we’re building here.
Bentancur has been with Tottenham since 2022, following his transfer from Juventus.
