Roma is starting to outline its summer preseason, while awaiting confirmation of the location of the training camp, which will likely be in Germany, Austria, or the Netherlands.
The team will resume training on July 13th and, according to Il Tempo, will face Borussia Dortmund in a friendly at Signal Iduna Park on August 15th, a week before the start of the season.
The match against Niko Kovac’s team will likely be the last test before the start of the season, scheduled for the weekend of August 22-23.
Meanwhile, the renewal of Roma’s management team continues. Serena Salvione, who arrived in 2021 from Napoli as director of partnerships, has ended her tenure at the club.
Her departure follows a corporate structure overhaul, inspired by the American Friedkin model, with the aim of making the club’s organization more efficient and international.
The reorganization process particularly affects the marketing and commercial development area, which is slated for outsourcing.
Several employees have participated in individual interviews, during which alternative solutions were discussed, including relocations to the six Roma Stores in the capital.
