Manchester United is ramping up efforts in this summer transfer window to secure the signing of Carlos Baleba, the Cameroonian midfielder currently playing for Brighton.However, the deal is hitting a major snag: Brighton is demanding over £115 million, while the player’s current market value is estimated at around £76 million.At 21, Baleba joined Brighton two years ago from Lille for £23 million on a three-year contract.
