The local Senegal team will face their counterparts from Guinea twice in Thiès on July 4 and 7, 2025. These friendly matches are part of the build-up to the 2024 African Nations Championship.

The Senegal local Lions, reigning African champions, are set for another test as they gear up for the 8th edition of the African Nations Championship. The technical staff, led by Souleymane Diallo, selected Guinea as their opponent for two friendlies, scheduled for July 4 and 7 at the Lat Dior Stadium in Thiès.

These encounters will allow both teams to assess their form before they travel to East Africa, where the tournament will take place from August 2 to 30, co-hosted by Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.
