Ademola Lookman will not be involved for Atalanta when they take on Lecce in Serie A on Sunday afternoon, which leaves Daniel Maldini and Charles De Ketelaere as the likely attacking options for Ivan Juric.
There had been reports earlier in the week that Juric was leaning towards handing an Atalanta return to Lookman against Lecce, but the head coach confirmed on Saturday that “Ademola will not be ready,” while describing the situation as “truly unpleasant,” and adding “I shouldn’t have to beg him to play.”

That leaves Maldini and De Ketelaere as the likely attacking options for Atalanta against Lecce, with Nikola Krstovic in line to keep his place as the starting centre-forward.
Lecce fell to a 2-0 defeat to Milan prior to the international break, but are not expected to make too many changes in terms of personnel.
Reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport suggest that Nikola Stulic is in line to star at centre-forward ahead of teenager Francesco Camarda, though.
Kick-off is due at 14.00 BST.
