The Giallorossi are the table leaders alongside Napoli, but Inter are just three points below. Both sides have won their last three league games.

Roma are without Angelino, who is dealing with asthmatic bronchitis and will be replaced by Konstantinos Tsimikas, according to several sources, including Tuttosport.

Matias Soulé and Lorenzo Pellegrini are expected to play as attacking midfielders behind Artem Dovbyk, but Dybala is pushing for a starting spot and could either start in place of Pellegrini or Dovbyk, according to Corriere dello Sport.

Inter, on the other hand, are without Raffaele Di Gennaro, Matteo Darmian and Thuram.

The French forward will be replaced by his compatriot Bonny, so Francesco Pio Esposito, scorer of his first international goal with the Italy national team during the break, will initially go on the bench.

Cristian Chivu, a former Roma defender, will pick the ideal XI with Hakan Calhanoglu in central midfield and Francesco Acerbi at the back.
