Eddie Howe says Tino Livramento, Kieran Trippier, Sven Botman and Anthony Elanga are all closing in on returns from injury.
All four have been sidelined of late but Howe is hopeful of having all of them back shortly.
“We’ve got a couple of training days but Tino and Kieran have worked really well,” Howe said. “They’ve had proper recovery periods so they are both close.
“Lewis Miley, I have said time and again how well he has done in a position he hasn’t played before, again against Burnley I thought he was magnificent for us but we’d love to get our full-backs back fit and available and boost the squad in terms of numbers.
“We’ve been very thin on the ground for defenders so that will be a big area.”
Howe says Botman has also been back in training and could even return for the game against Crystal Palace.
“They’re both very close. Sven’s been training with the group which has been great so I envisage that he will be in and around this game.
“Anthony hasn’t trained with us yet but is very close to doing so.”
