Nottingham Forest have opened talks with Juventus as they look into the possibility of signing Samuel Mbangula and Timothy Weah from the Bianconeri.
According to what has been reported by SkySport’s Gianluca Di Marzio, negotiations for the duo have already begun and are well underway.
The report suggests that the Premier League side are discussing a fee for the two players believed to be in the region of €22-23 million.

Whilst talks between the two clubs are underway, the intentions of the two players themselves appear to be more shrouded in mystery. Both Mbangula and Weah are with the Bianconeri squad in the USA for their Club World Cup campaign. Weah played in their opening fixture against Al Ain but was an unused substitute in yesterday’s victory over Moroccan side Wydad.
Mbangula, meanwhile, is yet to play a single minute in the competition. Therefore, Forest will be hoping that the duo can be convinced to leave the Old Lady in search of more minutes.

Timothy Weah scored six goals and assisted a further five for Juventus in all competitions last season, whilst Mbangula appeared 32 times – scoring four and assisting five goals.
