Southampton confirm bubble travel and ticket details for Portsmouth derbies | OneFootball

Southampton said in a statement that a bubble travel system will again apply to away fans at this season’s south coast derbies with Portsmouth.

The first meeting is at St Mary's at midday on Sunday, October 11, with the return at Fratton Park at midday on Sunday, February 28.

Both clubs have worked with the relevant authorities to prioritise safety while seeking a positive matchday experience.

They have also met supporter group representatives to understand concerns and will consider feedback ahead of the games.

Away supporters must travel on club-managed coaches, mirroring the arrangements used in the 2025/26 season.

Both clubs will receive 2,500 away tickets, down from last season's 2,700.

For the St Mary's fixture, Saints fans will need to meet set criteria, to be confirmed next week, including a previous booking history and membership.

Policing costs for both fixtures are expected to be £500,000.
