"The team will have to continue to be a team, prepare well for matches in their heads, and be able to take risks because they have to. Let's take tomorrow's match as an example. Fabio Grosso is a good coach, and Sassuolo is one of the best teams in terms of their footballing vision, both when they win the ball back and want to turn the game around early, and when they build from the back. We'll have to be good at interpreting the game's moments.

"In this final part of the season, the decisions we make will be crucial. Technical errors are part of the game, and knowing how to make good decisions improves everything. Good decisions improve the team's playing style. It's not a minor detail; it's crucial because it puts the team in a position to develop everything more. Making decisions is a very important verb; in football, to do it well, you also have to be good at anticipating and predicting. Decisions come before technical moves.

"If a player can do something really well, we have to let him do it because that becomes his specialty. Having one-on-one specialists provides immediate solutions; it's something we have at our disposal because there are players who have these characteristics. The last one who came to give us a hand in this regard was Boga, and the club did well to choose him.

"The national team is a motivation for everyone. Miretti is a playmaker, he's good at understanding the spaces and where the opponents are. He's done very well because he's often helped us unravel certain situations. Probably, given what he's done, he deserves more game time, and I'm disappointed because he's a great player with significant room for improvement.

"Pressure is a privilege that belongs only to those who have a history to honour and want to write history too. What defines a team is the way it faces risk. We don't just look to the result of a match as a benchmark, but to all the people who create the atmosphere, who are our fans. That is our benchmark: there is nothing that has the value of the love our fans have for us."
