St. Juste has returned to Feyenoord, ending talk of a move to Valencia. The 29-year-old centre-back has signed until 30 June 2027.

According to Superdeporte, he had been linked to Valencia a week and a half ago but the option was ruled out due to limited minutes since last season and recurring muscle injuries.

The move takes him back to the club he represented from 2017 to 2019. Sporting signed him in summer 2022 for nine point five million, and he now leaves Sporting to rejoin the Rotterdam side.

After summer exits fell through, including one with Osasuna, Sporting ordered him to train with the B team. He only made the bench once this season, in late July in the Supertaça final against Benfica, and has not played an official match since May 2025.

Robin van Persie’s side sought cover at centre-back following injuries to Gernot Trauner and Thomas Beelen. St. Juste previously won one KNVB Cup and two Johan Cruyff Shields with the De Kuip club.

He joined Feyenoord from Heerenveen in 2017 for four point eight million. Mainz paid eight million two years later, his value later peaking at 16 million, which encouraged Sporting to invest.
