Sunderland have been credited with an interest in Feyenoord winger Anis Hadj Moussa, with La Gazette du Fennec reporting they are among several Premier League clubs tracking the Algerian. Meanwhile, TEAMtalk claims the Black Cats have also made contact over AIK teenager Zadok Yohanna.
The Black Cats have been linked with a host of players since clinching a Europa League place last month, and the window opens in more than a week. Hadj Moussa recently scored a stunning goal past Sunderland number one Robin Roefs in a pre-World Cup friendly against the Netherlands.
The 24-year-old produced 11 goals and 6 assists in 30 Eredivisie outings this season. La Gazette du Fennec adds that Chelsea, Newcastle United, Liverpool and Bournemouth are also monitoring him, with Benfica understood to be keen.
"I'm still under contract with Feyenoord. As long as that's the case, the answer is no. But in life, and therefore also in football, you never know what the future holds." He told Algemeen Dagblad.
"I'm open to all options. Maybe Feyenoord wants to sell me, maybe not. We'll see. If I were to leave, I'd prefer to go to England. But the Premier League is the best league in the world."
Yohanna, 19, is on the books at Swedish side AIK and has been linked with Newcastle. TEAMtalk also lists interest from Chelsea, Manchester City, Brighton, Brentford and Crystal Palace.
