In a recent report, Tuttomercatoweb mentioned that Sunderland striker Brian Brobbey has been offered a chance to join Juventus. It is believed that the Black Cats have set a price tag of at around €35m to land the Dutch striker in this transfer period.
Brobbey enjoyed a good run of form at the Wearside club after he put in a run of impressive displays for them in the final third. The 24-year-old scored eight times and earned one assist in 33 matches for Sunderland last season across all fronts.
The Dutch sensation is currently one of the most talented strikers in the Premier League. Hence, it makes sense for the Black Cats to keep hold of his services beyond this summer.
His current contract at the Wearside club will run out in the summer of 2029. Thus, Sunderland are under no immediate pressure to let him go in this transfer window.

Brobbey is proficient at finding a yard of space for himself to get some strikes in at goal. He has got the eye to create the odd chance for his teammates in the final third and is a good dribbler with the ball at his feet.
The Dutch talent can make a few strong runs with the ball in and around the opponent’s penalty area and can shoot the ball with venom from long range. Brobbey has proven himself to be a decent goal-getter in the Premier League and has got some valuable experience in English football. Hence, Sunderland simply cannot afford to lose a striker of his quality unless they receive a good offer for his services before the end this transfer window.
At the moment, Brobbey remains one of the first names in Le Bris’ teamsheet. He is more than capable of earning a regular first-team spot at the Stadium of Light next season.
At 24, Brobbey has his best years ahead of him. His market value would only go up in the future. Still, the Black Cats should consider cashing in on him and using the money generated from his potential sale to bring in a capable replacement this off-season.
