Today’s game sees Chelsea take on the bottom placed team in the league when they face Wolves.
That should mean an easy game – but as always, it’s worth remembering that there are no easy games in the Premier League. Even this one. Just listen to what Liam Rosenior had to say about Rob Edwards’ improvements to Wolverhampton Wanderers since the Englishman took over before Christmas.

“I’ve watched Rob’s team recently; they actually put in a very good performance against Bournemouth and were unfortunate not to get anything out of the game,” Rosenior said during his pre-match press conference.
“I thought they played very, very well and they put in some very positive performances in their last few games.”
The Chelsea boss will be absolutely desperate to give his players the message that this is not going to be an easy game, and they need to play at 100% to get anything from it. He’s got a great winning record so far without having played particularly well – this is a superb chance to impress everyone with a confident showing as well as 3 points.
“The biggest thing for me as the head coach of this group is that I want to see consistency in our levels of performance, engagement and intensity in every game that we play.”
Let’s see if his players give him that.
Marc Cucurella was up to his usual tricks last weekend when we faced West Ham, getting himself into the centre of a brawl at the end of the game. Hilariously, Spanish TV got him on the line with his opponent.
Cole Palmer’s poor form this season has been blamed on a few things, but Paul Merson is convinced it’s down to one thing – a decision Chelsea made last summer.
