Thiago Motta only lost eight games in charge of Juventus, but he also had the third worst win percentage record in almost a Century.
The Bianconeri announced this afternoon that they had fired Motta in order to bring in Igor Tudor until the end of the season.
The 42-year-old saw his tenure come to an abrupt end after 18 victories, 16 draws and eight defeats in all competition.
Although eight losses, three of them in Serie A, three in the Champions League, one apiece in the Coppa Italia and Supercoppa Italiana, might seem a decent tally, the issue is how few games he managed to win.

There were just 13 Serie A victories out of 29 rounds, four in 10 Champions League fixtures and one in two Coppa Italia ties.
This is a win percentage of just 43 per cent out of 42 official matches.
Opta have calculated that out of coaches with at least 40 games under their belt for Juventus since the 1929-30 campaign, only two had a worse win percentage record than Motta.
They were Gigi Delneri’s 40 per cent (20 out of 50 matches) and Sandro Puppo’s 24 per cent (15 from 62).
