Ange-Yoan Bonny stole the show as Inter Milan won 4-1 against Cremonese with a goal and three assists on his first start for the club, earning MOTM honours and immediate praise from fans and teammates alike.

Speaking to SportMediaset after the match, via FCInterNews, the French forward was clear about the mindset Chivu demands at Inter.

“It’s great to have found consistency; we won and every game has to go this way. We’re Inter, we have to have this spirit and win every match.”

Bonny had a fantastic time out against Cremonese at San Siro, marking his first start under Chivu with a goal and three assists.

Asked whether he was happier with his goal or assists, Bonny replied:

“Of course it’s nice to score, but it’s also great to help my teammates score. If I can help the team get goals, or if I score myself, either way I’m happy.”

He also explained how Chivu’s philosophy has helped the group grow. “The coach came in early, and as always it takes some time to understand his ideas.

“However, little by little, we’re learning them,” he said.

Bonny then shared what his coach asks of him on the pitch. “He doesn’t ask me to do anything different. He asks me to play my game and enjoy myself, that hasn’t changed at all.”

Looking ahead, Bonny made his ambitions clear: “Inter can go all the way in every competition – we can and we must.”

Finally, with his birthday approaching, the forward smiled when asked if he’ll celebrate with another goal: “I don’t know, but this goal isn’t enough, I want more and more,” he laughed.
