The media have been filled with reports regarding the departure of Alejandro Garnacho from Manchester United. However, the latest report from Graeme Bailey of TBR Football has stated that Alejandro Garnacho will not leave the club and is expected to prolong his stay at Manchester United. It is very good news for the club and the fans, as they are struggling in the attacking department.
He embodies talent and potential. Known for his electrifying pace and fearless approach, Garnacho is adept at dribbling past defenders, showcasing a flair and confidence on the ball that belies his age.
His style of play is marked by a relentless drive to attack, often running at defenders with determination. Garnacho’s ability to score spectacular goals displays his natural finishing ability. While his decision-making and consistency are areas for growth, his work rate and eagerness to learn are commendable.
Garnacho has been an integral part of the team, and the club would have definitely suffered if they had lost him in the winter transfer window. Now, the Argentine could go on to play a crucial part for the Red Devils in the second half of the season.

Garnacho has scored three goals in 22 matches so far in the Premier League 2024/2025 season. Two of the three goals were scored at home while he scored one goal at away games. Overall, Garnacho’s goals scored per 90 minutes is 0.22. Moreover, his total G/A (goals + assists) is four for this season. His goal involvement equates to 0.29 per 90 minutes. Garnacho’s non-penalty xG per 90 minutes is 0.38. This puts Alejandro Garnacho’s npxG output at 4.82.
Chelsea were so much interested in him and were close to signing him. So, this would be a definite setback for the Blues. United are 12th in the Premier League points table with 29 points in 23 matches, and hence the Argentine will assist the club in finishing higher up the table as the season ends.
United are one of the best clubs in the world and also have a history of developing young players. However, they need to display the performances on the pitch and win trophies to help convince Garnacho to stay for a longer time at Old Trafford.
