Manuel Akanji, Rodrigo and Kyle Walker have all been named in UEFA's Team of the Tournament for Euro 2024.

That means that City are the most represented club in the XI, with no other team having more than one individual recognised.

Unsurprisingly, champions Spain dominate the lineup with six players.

At the heart of their midfield, Rodrigo was named as Player of the Tournament following Sunday night's final victory over England.

Just like he does for City, the 28-year-old controlled the game for Luis de la Fuente's side, starting six of the seven matches they played.

He is joined in the Team of the Tournament by fellow Spanish midfielders Fabian Ruiz and Dani Olmo.

Walker is the only player from runners-up England to feature, with the right-back playing every single minute for Gareth Southgate's team.

Akanji was a rock at the back for his Switzerland side, who lost on penalties to England at the quarter-final stage.

That meant Akanji and his compatriots exited the competition having avoided defeat in 90 minutes and conceding just four goals in five games.
