PSG have shown strong interest in Bournemouth defender Illya Zabarnyi in recent weeks, but negotiations remain difficult as both clubs are standing firm.
According to L’Équipe’s Loïc Tanzi, PSG have opened talks for the 22-year-old, who’s reportedly open to the move, especially with the FIFA Club World Cup on the horizon. However, Bournemouth continue to demand €70 million.
RMC Sport’s Fabrice Hawkins reported that there hasn’t been much progress. PSG have made two offers so far, with the latest nearing €60 million, but no agreement has been reached.

TBR Football’s chief correspondent, Graeme Bailey, has confirmed, citing sources, that Tottenham have made an enquiry with Bournemouth about a potential move for Illia Zabarnyi.
Zabarnyi has already agreed to personal terms with Paris Saint-Germain, but the French club has yet to reach an agreement with Bournemouth, who are demanding £60 million.
Tottenham have now shown interest and asked about the defender’s situation, but the report notes that Zabarnyi remains entirely focused on a move to the European champions.
This report also confirms journalist Gianluca Di Marzio’s information that Tottenham are showing strong interest in Zabarnyi and are ready to meet Bournemouth’s €70 million asking price. However, the defender is currently focused on a move to PSG.
