Inter Milan have compiled an extensive summer shortlist as they prepare for one of their most significant rebuilds in years, with Tottenham’s Guglielmo Vicario, Roma’s Zeki Celik and Real Madrid’s Andriy Lunin among the names identified across multiple positions according to Tuttosport.

The confirmed departures of Sommer, Acerbi, De Vrij and Darmian this summer leave Inter with significant gaps to fill.

Di Gennaro is expected to renew barring any personal change of plans.

Meanwhile Manuel Akanji’s purchase option will be triggered.

Therefore meaning the spine of next season’s defence should again be built around Bisseck, Akanji and Bastoni.

However, Tuttosport note, via FCInterNews, that an offer in the region of €35 million for Bisseck, purchased for €7 million and now worth five times that, could test the club’s resolve.

Vicario, Celik & Lunin All On Inter Radar

In goal, Vicario heads a shortlist that also includes Bento, Lunin, Caprile, Atubolu and Harnicek.

The Spurs keeper remains the priority target, with his desire to return to Italy well established.

The defensive shortlist is equally detailed.

Inter are keen on Bruges’ Joel Ordonez, with whom discussions over Stankovic’s buy-back clause will also take place.

As well as left-footed Tarik Muharemovic of Sassuolo, identified as the ideal deputy to Bastoni.

Oumar Solet of Udinese remains a target too.

A legal hearing on April 8th is expected to resolve the off-field issues that have complicated his situation.

And, indeed, Udine’s prosecutors have already requested the case be archived.

Celik, out of contract at Roma this summer, is seen as the natural long-term successor to Darmian as a versatile right-sided option.

Juventus are also tracking the Turkey international, setting up a potential tug of war for his signature.
