Southampton’s Tyler Dibling, Lyon’s Malick Fofana and Leicester City’s Abdul Fatawu are the three forward options Everton are looking at with less than two weeks left in the summer transfer window, according to Sky Sports.
Everton manager David Moyes still wants to bolster his attacking ranks at the Hill Dickinson Stadium club, and a move for one of the aforementioned trio could be on the cards.
The Toffees kicked off the 2025-26 Premier League campaign with a 1-0 defeat to Leeds United at Elland Road on Sunday.
They return to action on Sunday when they host Brighton & Hove Albion at home for the first-ever Premier League game at their new ground.
Everton will be desperate to pick up all three points, but they may need to bring in one more attacker this week to bolster their chances.
Crystal Palace are looking to pip the Merseyside club to Southampton winger Dibling having had a long-term interest in the 19-year-old, making an offer for him in January.
The Saints have stuck with their £45 million plus valuation, and Everton have so far been unwilling to meet their demands.
They have seen three separate bids knocked back in recent weeks, and it is unknown if they plan to return with a bid.
Leicester recently rejected a £28m (€32m) bid from Sunderland AFC for Fatawu, but Everton have yet to make an offer since news of their interest first emerged a little over a week ago.
It has been almost a month since it was reported that Everton have entered into advanced talks to sign Fofana.
It was claimed that an official bid had been submitted and both clubs were in direct talks, with the Toffees also in contact with the representatives of the 20-year-old.
However, nothing has been heard since then and whether things will ramp up in the last 11 days of the window is unknown.
