Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen of Galatasaray has seized the top spot in the 2025/2026 Champions League scoring charts, thanks to a sensational hat-trick in his team’s emphatic victory against Ajax Amsterdam (3-0) on Wednesday night at the Johan Cruyff Arena, as part of matchday 4 of the group stage.

The "Cim-Bom" marksman found the back of the net three times—in the 59th, 66th, and 78th minutes—further proving his lethal efficiency on the European stage.

With this latest masterclass, Osimhen brings his tally to six goals, claiming the outright lead ahead of the trio of Kylian Mbappé (Real Madrid), Harry Kane (Bayern Munich), and Erling Haaland (Manchester City), each with five goals.
