Cambridge United continued their strong run of form with a 3-0 away win over Oldham Athletic in League Two, extending their unbeaten run to 14 matches.

The run is the longest across England’s top four tiers this season, while Neil Harris' side also hold the EFL’s longest active winning streak, with six wins in succession.

The U’s are one of just seven sides across England’s top four divisions yet to lose a league match in 2026. The list includes Premier League side Manchester United, League One clubs Cardiff City, Lincoln City and Mansfield Town and League Two sides Bromley Cambridge United and Grimsby Town.

Defensively, Cambridge have been the standout side in the EFL this season. No team across the EFL has conceded fewer goals, with just 22 allowed so far.

In the League Two table, Cambridge sit second, six points behind leaders Bromley, but crucially with a game in hand as the promotion race continues to take shape.
