As reported by L'Équipe, Friday morning’s work took place in steady rain. It began with shooting drills before a high-tempo small-sided game on reduced goals.

Halilhodzic, with whistle and stopwatch on his shoulder, was vocal throughout. He halted exercises to reposition players, offer guidance and occasionally issue gentle rebukes, while delivering frequent encouragement.

He was supported by a technical and medical staff numbering nine.

The survival push is under way, with nine matches left to secure safety or at least reach the play-off spot in 16th.
