La Liga outfit Valencia have on Tuesday been afforded an altogether timely double boost on the personnel front.
This comes amid confirmation on the part of Mundo Deportivo that Hugo Duro and André Almeida have rejoined the rest of Los Che’s squad in group training.
Both frontman Duro and midfielder Almeida have spent recent weeks on the sidelines, owing to respective injury concerns.
And their absences were sorely felt, Valencia having continued to struggle en route to no wins from the club’s last five La Liga fixtures.
Amid what have proven a difficult few weeks for Valencia as a club and city alike, it will therefore mark a boost for all followers of Los Che to learn of Rubén Baraja’s personnel options, today, being boosted.
As per MD:
‘The Valencia coach has counted on Tuesday on both the Portuguese attacking midfielder (Almeida), one of the team’s most talented players, and the Madrid striker (Duro), the great hope for getting the season back on track in terms of goals and thus escaping relegation.’
