Inter Milan center-back Stefan de Vrij offered a cryptic response when asked whether he’ll return to Feyenoord.
Speaking to Dutch outlet Ziggo Sport via FCInterNews, the 33-year-old discussed his future at Giuseppe Meazza.

He graduated from Feyenoord’s youth academy before making over 140 appearances for the senior squad.

“It shows that the supporters still appreciate me a lot.
“I always gave everything for this club, and it’s special that they still show it after eleven years.

However, he confirmed he’d never play for another Dutch club.
“I won’t promise anything because a promise is a debt,” he added.
“My wife is not Dutch, so I don’t know if she would agree.
“But it’s clear that if I ever return to the Netherlands, there’s only one club I could play for.”
