Petar Sucic levelled for Inter with an absolute screamer in their Champions League tie with Arsenal on Tuesday evening, just eight minutes after the Nerzzurri had fallen behind to a Gabriel Jesus strike.
Inter were trailing 1-0 after 10 minutes after an out-stretched Gabriel Jesus pounced on a scuffed Jurrien Timber ball into the area. This was Arsenal’s 400th goal in the Champions League.
Inter managed to find the equaliser just eight minutes later: Sucic rifling the ball into the roof of the net from the edge of the area after a series of blocked shots by Marcus Thuram and Nicolo Barella.

This was only the second goal that Arsenal have conceded across seven matches in the Champions League this season. This was also Sucic’s first Champions League goal since joining the Nerazzurri from Dinamo Zagreb over the summer.
